Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 2 tablets daily with meals or as directed by your health care provider. For supplements containing echinacea, it is recommended that you take the product for 6 to 8 weeks followed by a break of 1 to 4 weeks in order to rest the immune system.
